Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch and processing

  • Dispatch location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
  • Cut‑off time: 12:00pm Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT). Orders placed before 12:00pm on a business day are dispatched same day; orders placed at or after 12:00pm are dispatched next business day. Business days = Monday–Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays.

2. Shipping rates and options

  • Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $150 (order total after discounts, before taxes).
  • Orders under $150: shipping calculated at checkout by weight/destination.
  • Express and signature services available at checkout for an additional fee.

3. Tracking and delivery

  • A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Public holidays, daylight saving and peak periods

  • Time zone clarity: All cut‑offs and times refer to Melbourne local time (AEST/AEDT); daylight‑saving changes apply.
  • Public holidays & peak periods: Dispatch and delivery may be delayed during Victorian public holidays, national public holidays, and peak sale periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas). Expect longer processing and delivery windows during these times.

5. Returns, refunds and exchanges 

  • Refunds and exchanges: If you request a refund or exchange, original shipping fees may be deducted from the refund or applied to the exchange for change‑of‑mind returns.
  • Consumer guarantees: If a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement or refund) under the Australian Consumer Law; we will not rely on our shipping policy to limit those rights.
  • Return shipping costs: Who pays return postage depends on the reason for return. If the return is due to a fault or our error, we will cover return postage. For change‑of‑mind returns, return postage may be deducted from the refund. 

6. Address changes, failed deliveries and returns to sender

  • Check your address at checkout. Address changes after dispatch may incur additional fees. Parcels returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery will incur return shipping costs, which will be deducted from refunds or charged before re‑dispatch.

7. Lost, damaged or delayed parcels

  • Report issues within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can lodge a carrier claim and assist you. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
